·        Pre Dinner Nibbles: 3-5 pieces per person

·        Short Cocktail Party: 4-6 pieces per person per hour

·        Full Party: 6-8 pieces per person per hour

 

Variety

·        10-20 people: about six different dishes

·        20 +  people: 8-10 dishes

For a wedding or full cocktail party we would suggest choosing up to ten items including two vegetarian dishes & two deserts. In addition to this we would provide dips, chips, nuts & a cheese & fruit platter.

 

For a whole evening occasion, we would move though light canapés, to more substantial bites and finish with sweet treats & nibbles.
